Changing Customer Name Casing

Overview

This article shows how to contact support to have the Customer Name Casing changed in Decor Fusion.

Procedure

1.        If you are unsure of what optional features are active on your system, go to Help→ About and click the Software Settings button. All 

active features will be displayed.

2.       To determine formatting of Customer name. The options are proper casing, uppercasing, upper proper casing, or leave as entered. The default is set to proper casing. This setting also affects Job detail, Vendor detail and Customer email.

Options available are: 0 –Proper Casing

1 – Upper Casing

2 – Upper ProperCasing

For commercial –upper case

For retail –proper case

3 – Leave as Entered

3.       Please contact Support if you would like a change made to customer name formatting. Let the support representative which option you would like this feature set to.
