Overview
The purpose of this document is to cover how to perform a Benjamin Moore Cost Update in Decor Fusion using the new Cost Update Wizard feature which will consume a Benjamin Moore Price Update file, which you download from the Benjamin Moore Retailer Gateway.
Procedures
1. Visit the Benjamin Moore Retailer at https://retailer.benjaminmoore.com/

2. Navigate to Financials > Price Lists

3. Select the proper price list (Current or Future) in XLS format.

4. Note where the file is being downloaded to on your local machine. Default location for most internet browsers is your Downloads folder.

5. The document will need to be opened in Microsoft Excel and saved as an Excel Workbook (*.xlsx) file. Open the document in Excel. You may get a Protected View warning in yellow across the top.

6. Once your Microsoft Defender analyzes the file, you will get an option to ‘Enable Editing’. Click that button.

7. Click on the ‘File’ Menu and click ‘Save As’ option. Select the desired folder to save the file to. Then select the format ‘Excel Workbook (*.xlsx)’
8. Click 'Save’ button.
