You can apply undistributed payments via the toolbar on the left-hand side of Decor Fusion. The option to do so will not appear until you have entered a POS Code in Payment Entry screen that has the security to allow this feature. To do so, click on Daily Work then Payment Entry and enter your POS Code. At this point you should see an Undistributed Payments section appear in the toolbar on the left-hand side of Decor Fusion.

Click on a payment amount displayed here and it will load that payment for you to be able to apply to invoices. Select the invoices you wish to pay and click the F4-Complete button.

At this point that payment will disappear from the undistributed payments toolbar.
