Overview

This article explains the functionality of Item Availabilitywhich can be used to view (not edit) information about a particular item. ItemAvailability can be selected from the menu ribbon at the top of Decor Fusion:

Procedure

First, enter an item number or click the … next to Item/UPCto bring up an item. The example will look at item 00041:

The top left shows the following information for the item:

-         Item

-         Description

-         Department

-         Message

-         Class

-         Bin Location

-         UPC

-         Fine Line

-         Type

Below that information is the item’s Stock Status perstore. This item does not have any quantity and you can see the Stock Status isblank.

In the top right, the item’s Price is displayed forthe Price Level Retail. Below that is a section to search by Customer, andbelow that is a Pricing box that has a breakdown of each Price Level forthe item. 

Clicking the three dots (…) next to the Customer brings up aSelect Customer window. For example, the Type of Contractors is searched:

Selecting the first Contractor customer – ABC ExteriorCleaning & Painting – will update Item Availability to show the CustomerSpecific Price for the Item:

To close, the Item/UPC 00100 has been searched, here is the informationdisplayed for that item:

All the data displayed is now updated to show informationfor item 00100. Notice that the Stock Status for this item is populatedfor each Location because there is On Hand inventory for the item.Additionally, the Customer ABC is still populated on the right-handside, and the Customer Specific Price for this item is shown.
