Procedures

This document shows how to find the information in QuickBooks and where to enter in Decor Fusion.

Find Tax Item for Sales, Tax Item for Purchases, and Tax Agency in Quick Books

Open QuickBooks, then click Sales Tax in the main menu.

Double click on HST (ON) Only

Note the Tax Item for Purchase: HST (ON) (ITC) and the Tax Item for Sales: HST (ON).

Click on the Edit button to find out the Tax Agency name: Receiver General

Setup Sales Tax (HST - Canada Ontario) for Tax Agency in Fusion

Open Fusion, click the Edit menu then select Software Settings.
Click General Ledger and then double click on sales tax GL account(Ex. 2100 - Sales Tax)
Click on Tax Account checkbox.

Fill out the Tax Agency, Sales and Purchases Inventory Tax Items
