How can I adjust user security settings?

A clerk comes to and expresses that they are unable to perform a function in decor that they need to be able to in order to do your job. How can you add this function to their user? First go to Edit then Software Settings. Then select Users. From here find the user in question and double click on them. In the next window you will see a Security tab. Click on that tab and you will have access to all the different security options in Decor Fusion users. These can be expanded to see the individual items available to add or remove.

But wait, I go to the Security tab and the screen does not look like the one above! This will only happen if the user selected set to have the same security as another user. In this scenario, you must access that user instead and make your security changes there. For example, we have a user AB who is set to security same as *CLERK2. 

To make any changes to this users security we must go to the *CLERK2 user and make changes to security under their user.

Then after changes are made the user will need to log out of Decor and log back in.
