How do I attach a document to my emailed statements?

So you have some big promotion or event coming up and you want to let your contractors know about about it. If they are signed up for email statements there is now an easy way to do this as of version 1.2.9.X.

NOTE: This is only applicable to customers who receive statements; it will not work for retail customers who do not get statements.

In order to attach a file to your email statements you must first go to the generate statements screen. To get there, go to Customers menu at the top and select Generate Statements. This will bring up the Statements report window. Specify the criteria such as statement date, then change the Delivery drop down menu to Email. You will now see an additional button in the bottom right of the windows labeled Attach Email Flyer. Click this button and you can select a PDF file to send out with your statements.
